- Vet plugins carefully. Only activate those with minimal, justified permissions.
- Train staff on phishing, credential hygiene, prompt content risks.
- Log actions and review for anomalies; purge sensitive history periodically.
- Define a formal AI data policy. Spell out what is off-limits, how long content is retained, and what happens on expiration.
