Chris Shank

Founder/owner; Malvern resident by way of Charleston, WV, Greensboro, NC, and Collegeville, PA; Penn State grad; certified naval nuclear technician.

Chris served as the virtual CIO for a large medical practice with over 40 locations and over 100 practitioners. He engineered, built, and maintained their electronic medical records and enterprise infrastructure platform that spanned over 50 servers, 700 PCs, and two redundant data centers. Known for troubleshooting and problem-solving, Chris quickly identifies and resolves issues.

Andrea Shank

Co-owner, Main Line born-and-bred, Villanova grad, married to high school sweetheart (Chris Shank) and mom of 3 wonderful kids.

Known as a ‘numbers nerd’ who is meticulous with numbers, Andrea takes pride in being able to help ACE in the finance and operations departments. She keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. By supporting our team of techs with a strong business infrastructure, they can better focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Christian Cox

Help Desk Manager, West Chester native, 7+ years’ of experience and 1000+ accredited hours with certifications in HIPAA Security and Privacy Known for his ability to defuse a situation and take a negative and make it a positive, Christian is best at solving VoIP phone issues.

David Moser

Field services specialist, Philadelphia native, A+ certified, Member IEEE. In the industry for 45 years; gained engineering experience with the United States Navy, DecisionOne (where he worked with Chris)/Bell Atlantic BSS/Sorbus, and TestWare Inc.

Known as a jack of all trades, David is recognized for his troubleshooting, designing, and building and fixing electronic/mechanical devices. Clients are amazed by his patience and by the fact that he does “such nice clean work.”

Jeff Spotts

Director/Tech/Sales/Customer Service/Project Manager; Hatfield, PA native; Montgomery Community College grad; Microsoft Certified System Engineer; husband to Angela and proud father of 2 boys and 2 furry children.

Has a strong background in the Service, Distribution / Manufacturing, Health Care, Legal, and Financial industries and 20 years’ worth of experience; worked for Advantage Computer Consulting and The LLB Group before reconnecting with high school friend Chris, referring clients from a different niche in the same industry, and eventually joining ACE.

Josh Blank

Help Desk Technician; West Chester, PA native; Pennsylvania College of Technology grad with a B.S. in Information Assurance and Security and a minor in Secure Systems Analysis and Business Administration. Interned with ACE before graduation, now solves client problems, system maintenance, printer issues, and new computer setup.

Pat Lindenmuth

Help Desk Technician; Pennsylvania State University grad with Bachelors in Security and Risk Analysis; certifications in National Training Standard NSTISSI-4011 for INFOSEC Professionals, HIPAA Security and Privacy.

Interned with ACE before assuming a full-time position; known for treating customers with respect, as he would like to be treated if he were calling in for help; has the ability to quickly resolve common issues and also have a patient approach to understand and repair complicated problems that appear less often.
